Sounds & Sundaes is not only a concert by our favorite musicians, but also one the biggest fundraising events of the year! For any fundraiser to be successful, volunteers are needed.
Please consider taking a couple hours during this event to fill one of the volunteer spots. Here the areas where we need help:
- Set-up and Tear down: Help set up/tear down Main Street and the Cafe. This includes setting up raffle tables, tickets tables, ice cream area.
- Will Call Table: Help find names of those that have already purchased a ticket. (Only during shift 1)
- Ticket Sales: Take money, help complete raffle tickets and pass out ice cream tickets. (Two different shifts available)
- Ice Cream Assistance: Help take tickets, hand our ice cream and assist with toppings. Also, might need to help with cleaning tables or taking our trash. (Only during shift 2)
- Raffle Table and Guides: Watch the raffle table and guide guest to area needed (gym, tickets, will call, bathroom). (Two different shifts available)
Volunteer spots are in two shifts, before Mass Band (Shift 1) and after Mass Band (Shift 2). We will work around your child’s performance so you can volunteer at any time.
Any of these spots can be worked as a team with your band student. Students will be signing up with Mr. Brinkman, please sign up for a spot and then contact a booster executive to have your student work with you. We close down everything during Mass Band performance, so no one has to miss it! Ice Cream is served after Mass Band performance.
