Our volunteers are what make our entire organization work! Without you, we cannot do what we were established to do. Your time is valuable, and we appreciate any of it that you are willing to donate to our amazing group. There are so many ways for you to get involved and we encourage everyone to find the right area or areas for you.
Please expect to volunteer once a year.
Volunteer Opportunities for 2025:
Sounds & Sundaes – One of our biggest fundraising event of the year. Signs will be posted soon. This year’s event will be held on March 14th.
Marching Band Uniforms – Need those handy with a sewing machine, hemming, and altering.
Check back in June for Sign ups.
Band Camp Snacks– Teenagers are always hungry! We will need drinks, individually wrapped snacks, & fruit.
Check back in July for Snack Sign ups
Band Camp Volunteers – Sign up to volunteer for a few hours during band camp. We will need to feed the kids, provide water, & clean up. Sign up located here once set up.
Camp volunteer signup will be posted in early July.
Friday Night Lights – Home football games have many of options to volunteer. Sign up located here once set up.
Volunteer Opportunities
Band Camp – During band camp we will need help with snacks and meals. Putting meals together, passing out snacks, and general help around camp.
Sounds & Sundaes – One of our biggest fundraising events of the year. Help includes putting together donation baskets, working the ticket table and passing out ice cream.
Coffee Cart – During the 5 home football games, boosters sell coffee to raise money. Taking money and making drinks are just a few volunteer opportunities. This requirement only has you working half of the game.
Uniforms – Sewing, hemming, fittings… All things that help us make our uniforms look good during football season. If you know how to sew, we could use your help!
